Meet the author Emmanuel Bouchard

Emmanuel Bouchard has published two collections of short stories (Au Passage, 2008; Les Faux Mouvements, 2017; On s’est promis de chercher ailleurs, 2021) and two novels (Depuis les cendres, 2011; La même blessure, 2015). On s’est promis de chercher ailleurs was written from the works of his sister Myriam Bouchard, who lives in La Borne in France. He regularly publishes news and articles in different collectives and magazines. Alongside literary creation, he pursues research activities on 18th century literature and teaches French language.
