Welcome to Vive Le Fringe ! 2023
The Institut français d’Écosse is proud to announce the full programme of its 12th edition of Vive le Fringe! Bringing up on stage some theatre, music and dance, our musical programme celebrates the significance of cross-cultural exchanges between France and Scotland. All the shows will be presented in English or in French with English subtitles.
This year we will be hosting companies and artists from both across the globe and here in Scotland to showcase French and francophone culture : the experimental musicians Snow Apple and Sonia Killmann, two musical theatre shows by Compagnie Bacchus and Compagnie La Meute, and a musical portrait of the life of Nina Simone by David Lescot.
